Before and during Pics
I started working out the first week of September this year. I know I still have a long way to go but I wanted to document my journey. Im using a HIT style worout program 3 days a week, doing cardio 5 days a week, and following a cutting diet from SWOLECAT. This first Pic is from September pre workout

Great progress. Just curious...why did ya hide your face on first shot... but not the last two?
1. Once a cheat always a cheat!
2. YES, SHE can get pregnant the first time!
3. NO, PULLING out IS NOT a RELIABLE method of Birth Control. DAMMMMIT..... Wrap that shyte UP!!
Women over 30 are dignified. They seldom have a screaming match with you at the opera or in the middle of an expensive restaurant. Of course, if you deserve it, they won't hesitate to shoot you, if they think they can get away with it.
For all those men who say, "Why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free". Here's an update for you. Nowadays 80% of women are against marriage, why? Because women realize it's not worth buying an entire Pig, just to get a little sausage.
What the mind can conceive....the body will achieve!

David B- I love the Swole program-he is a complete profrssional and its easy to do- Im going to shoot for 10-12% BF then start his swoled up program in the spring
Commando- Thanks- My computer blew up about a week ago and all the before pics that were small enough to download are gone-thats the only one I had Plus I figured I didnt want anyone to see me so fat
Buff- thanks- yes I love that pic too- I swiped it from someone at elite so i cant take total credit for it

progress bro. I'm glad you decided to post this picture as a progress indicator from the one two weeks prior. I told you that the leaner you get, on this program results actually speed up and are more noticable, whereas with other diets, your progress slows! Not here buddy!
Nice to finally "see" everyone here. Whack and his wife (who is also on my program) have told me this is a wonderful board, and that I should sign up as it's a nice location. No flaming, no children, just a lot of good information and friendly interaction.

Great Improvements. Have you noticed a loss of strength at all after losing so much weight?

Dizzle- I have not lost strength at all- quite the contrary Ive added alot of weights onto all my lifts. Remember this, Im brand new to serious hardcore workouts. when ever ive gone to a gym in the past I would use the same weight, same sets, same reps,every week so my body or streangth never grew. WRONG APPROACH !!!!!!! Now I do less sets, less reps, and alot heavier weight to shock the shit out of my muscle. I try my best to add weight to every excersise every week when I can even if its a 2.5lb weight to each side of the bar.
here are a few examples of some of the excersises I do- what i could do in September and what I can do now so you can see.
Bench - sept 155x10 now 255x6 Best 305x1
Squats-sept never did now 315x8
Deads- sept never did now 255x10
curls O-bar- sept never did now 95x6
dips- sept max 8 now weighted dips 35 additional Lbs x 12
pull ups max 1 now weighted with 35 lbs for 2 x 6
Abbs sets of 10 now weighted with 55Lbs for 2x10
hope this gives a good example

Clubbin- my cutting plan is very simple
Cardio almost everyday (swole will yell at me as he is my trainer but I do miss an occational day here and there)
eat alot of meals that are high protien low carb and moderate in fat
I go to the gym 3 days a week and use HIT style training program
If your interested in cutting look up a few posts for SWOLECAT and check out his Pics- then send him a PM to find out if he is taking on anymore clients- I know do to his sucess he is very jammed and he only takes on a limited number of people
