    Im a newb!

    Hello all,

    I have been reading these forums for a while now and decided to register and post. Im 21 and weigh 250lbs, I used to work out during high school but havent really science i graduated in 99. But now im gonna get back into shape better than before. I will post some pics of what i look like now later in the day when i get off of work, and i will post pics every 2 weeks so you all can tell me if your seing progress. Within the past few months i have started eating different and slowly working out so i wont shock my body. I have my buddy who is a personal trainer set me up a schedule which i will also post when i get home from work. Well check back as i will post my current pics

    i dont know, thats what im trying to plan out, anyone got any ideas, and also is there some place i can go to see how to do excersizes? my buddy is gonna train me but not till this weekend so i wanna have stuff to take to him.

    Cardio in the morning, empty stomach. Watch the fat melt away

    Work up to 1 hour cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach with some xenedrine, and then work up to 1 more hour of cardio after your workout. If you follow a good diet and do this cardio plan you will have no problems being lean by summer. By good diet only eat clean food with a mix of protein, carbs, and fats(supplement your fats from flaxseed, udos etc.)
    proteins can include
    tuna, salmon, chicken, fat free turkey, egg whites, lean steak
    carbs can include
    brown rice, broccoli, assparagus, yams, oatmeal

    hey guys,
    my roommate told me he read an article in men's heath or men's fitness magazine that says its bad to do cardio right when you wake up on an empty stomach cuz some chemical that is released in your body when you sleep hasn't been flushed outta your system yet...

    whats up with that?

    Yea im gonna do a lot of cardio, and on top of that lift also. And then in 1month i will be taking (dont flame me if i say this wrong) Deca and some Testostrone to help speed up everything. Thanks all for the support so far and i cannot wait till i start droping them lbs!!!!

    If I was I would not do that Deca , Test untill you have droped some major BF%
    If not your just gona keep geting bigger.

    And what part of Metro Detroit are you from?

    im out by the port huron area, im not gonna take any deca or test until the dude whos training me thinks im ready, so it may be a month or it may be more but i dunno.. lol

    That would be cortisol...which is a negative thing when you are trying to build muscle, BUT, in this case it won't hurt a thing. when I dropped 100lbs, I did cardio in the mornings....it works!!

    why would you take deca and test in order to speed fat loss?....thats a waste bro... stick to a strict meal plan, cardio and weight training...

    Dont make the mistake of taking deca and test yet bro. You will eventually need to increase your muscle mass but for now concentrate on eating clean and working out really hard. I have not had the experience myself but contact swolecat and ask for his help. I have heard that he changes lives. Also contact nuke he is my boy,good bro who can point you in right direction.

    i wasnt planing on taking deca and test until im ready so whenever that will be i shall take it.. i contacted swolecat and awaiting his responce....

    Hey bros good luck with your quest, im sure you will pull it off. As far as the diet and cardio goes , well I joined the body for life challenge and that worked really good for me. I lost 45 lbs in twelve weeks. I was able to train very intensely in the gym and maintain my muscle mass. IT is very straight forwards and simple, you should have a look. You can buy the body for life book at any book store. Good luck again, and stay strong.
