    Still working

    Well I havent posted in a while but have been trying to keep tabs on some of the other members posts. Lots of good information out there.

    I started training a couple of years back, was way overweight. 5'8" 208, about 30% bodyfat, dropped down to a low of 147 and am now working to hit about 180 with 8-10% bodyfat. I am currently about 165 with about 7% ( per 3 point caliper inspection from my trainer in the gym )

    holy fucking christ...you >have< to tell me how you did it!! my roommate is trying to accomplish exactly what you have. he suffers from the syndrome: "i'm naturally big, if i workout hardcore like you, i'll just get bigger." man, looking at your pics, i know he's so far from the truth its ridiculous. you could win a one of those contests with your before and after pics....wow. i know my roommate's lack of motivation stems from the fact that he thinks just gunna be big all his life...i hope to change his mind after showing him this post...

    again, please let me know how you made your awesome transformation...=)
