Back & Abs looking good. Body fat looks nice and low and the lat spread is impressive. I'd say more work on the legs and arms are needed as both look like they are lagging in progression. Some shoulder and Trap work as well.

I agree, nice lat spread for your size. Keep bulking and hit the legs, arms and shoulders hard.

good job so far.... start that diet i gave you and you'll start gaining some weight....leg work is needed. but over all for your age you look good..any more help you need just pm me...Madmax...

thanks for the comments guys, i appreciate it, and yes i do agree i need to work on my traps, arms, and legs, more. I have been letting my arms slip alittle bit but really i have been hitting my legs alot and hard lately. thanks again tho guys. and thanks again for the diet max
