    before and after

    Well here is a few pics of when i used to be fat and pretty much a wreck all together lol. I used to weigh 225, im down to about 170 now. In the first set of pics (before pics) i am about 15, the after pics i am 17 (now). Took me about a year of getting off my ass and joining the football team at school to shed all the fat. Anyways, here is a few pics....

    I am currently on month 3 of a 5 month accutane cycle. I am clearing up but from time to time I break out again. I am on 80mgs a day. How long did it take for you to clear completely? Also you look good bro.. nice transformation.

    I took it for like 6 months. When I was done with my cycle, my face wasnt like it is now. It cleared up a lot, but i still had little red marks from where the pimples used to be. My mom bought this face cream from my dermatologist and that helped, plus I used to rub cocoa butter on my face when it got dry (so i think that might have helped, since I have been doing it for like a year and a half now). I dont remember how high my dosages were, I think I only took 60 mg(im not sure though).

    Dude, awesome transformation, that's is hard work right their. Whether or not you take AAS is irrelevant, you had to work your ass off for the change you made, and should be commended!

    well at that time in my life things werent exactly great and i drowned my pain in eating food and being lazy. My doctor sent me to a nutritionist and that didnt work. I was the popular kid in school a couple years before, then i turned into the blunt of all the fat jokes. One day i got sick of being fat and started watching what i ate. Then i moved to a new town and started a new life at a new school with all new friends. At that time i wasnt really fat, but i was chubby so i wasnt picked on. I am very strict when it comes to a diet, because I have the mental image of me going back to being a fat slob like i once was. I have no sympathy for overweight people, it is nobodies fault but their own (unless its medical problems). If i can dig myself out of a whole that seemed to be as deep as the ocean, then I believe it is possible for anybody to do it. IF they really are determined.

    KOas, bro you look good. I definately feel you about fears of becoming a fat slob again as i have that same fear and it motivates me to the gym and away from shit food. I got from 230 down to 185 and now im at 210 with my body fat cut in half. I definately know how it feels
