Ok here whats up guys! I have my girl friends sister who need to loose some weight right now is about 5'6 5'7 and the most she has ever weighed in at was 200 pounds and now she is down to 180. I need to find a diet and can help her! My gf eats the same stuff her sister does and weights in at around 115. So what kind of diet can I put her on and the more you can get into detail the more I could use so please help me if you have the time! What exercises to do in the gym and to what rep. Also cardio how many times per week and for how long? Please any info or input would be amazing and greatly helpful. Thank for all your help on my last post! Peace out!
