    stats...

    Well, I'm 6'2" 214 lbs. BF is like 12 or 13. Just finished my first cycle and I'm working hard right now to keep my gains. I lost about 7 lbs of the 25 lbs I put on but that was all water. That enuf?

    I ran test e @ 500 for 12 weeks, deca @ 400 for 12 weeks and dbol @ 30 ED for 4 weeks with liquidex and nolvadex in there. I've held on to about 19 of the 26 pounds I added at 8 weeks from last shot and what I lost was mostly water. I'm starting my second cycle in April..it will be pretty much the same except I'm going to try sustanon instead of test e and only run it 10 weeks. At this point, I am reevaluating what it takes to get big. I've been eating 6-7 meals a day and lifting 5 days a week getting about 250 grams of protein a day. I think I need to change things up in my training and eat more frequently, like 9 times/day, if I want to keep adding muscle. I just turned 25 and I am no where near where I wanted to be at this age.

    Thanks for the encouragement. Yeah, BBoy, I was pretty lean pre- cycle. I was at 9.9% BF and weighing 194. I'm now at 214 and BF is about 12%. MDMA, you're right about the calves. I have long legs so they look small no matter how big they get...right now, they're at 17 1/2". I need to bring them up. I'll try to post some before pics later on. Peace...
