Hey.. posted here awhile ago among other boards lol........Here are my updated pictures..

Stats:

180-185lbs
13% BF
16" arms

My routine has been STRICT... i have followed like and havent missed 1 DAY! I use compound exercises 4-6 reps.. etc.

Anyway, this is my 3-4 month progress.

Im working as a bouncer right now... SO i want to get bigger! I figure by the time im 20 (2 years later) Ill be at my ideal size

Before and after looks fairly similar except the first pic is ultra tiny and the last two are big. The traps look the same size as do the pecs . Possibly the arms got bigger but it could be the angle and the fact that the first pic sucks in terms of clarity.
