    My first picture post

    I am most of the way done my cycle.... ran EQ at 400mg/week 1-10, but will probably come up 2 weeks short... and have been running fina at 75mg/ed for 4 weeks now......

    hope the pictures come in.... the first is before i started the cycle at 198 lb. and about 9.5% bf

    lookin far more thicker, traps look fuller, chest looks fuller, arms look a-bit bigger

    OK cool it worked.... here are the two after shots so far.... any feedback would be appreciated.... I am about 205 lb. maybe slightly less bf%... i have about a week left with the EQ, and 2-3 with the Fina....





    With EQ and Fina, I shouldnt lose too much ? I think i will run fina again at the beginning of the summer, either alone, or with some winny....

    Just don't cut too much more or you will have to buy some new drawers LOL Those are about to fall off.

    Looking nice and lean. Good job.

    i wasnt really approaching it one way or the other..... I guess it was a lean mass cycle.... I was looking to add some size, nothing significant, but only lean muscle... with no fat or water.....

    my weight went from 198 to about 204.... so that is 6lb, but i think i have lost a little fat as well, so i have actually put on more than 6lb of muscle.... and i still have a few weeks to go....

    i will probably run fina alone again in the early summer to try and get to about 210 and 7%.... for now, i will increase the cardio, and change my lifting to try and cut back on the time spent on weights.....
