you look less then 21% b/f (but i am not 100% shure so dont get amd if im wrong) looks like you have some mass,cut that 280 to 260 and you'll be jacked

I saw in your profile..still 17 1/4"? I'm 6'2", 215 and have 18" arms and feel small...you should have at least a set of 19s. What's your arm routine? And do you work forearms?
Yea my arms are still small and yes i work out forearms,that pic doens't do me much justice but i mean its still me,maybe it was bad lighting and it was prolly the pose that I was in. I also haven't worked out in about a week and my dieting hasn't been good. btw im 19 years old.
