    Wow, your traps are out of control! The shading on the front picture isn't very good, so it's hard to give much commentary on that.

    Thanks guys....never really noticed how big the traps were untill i took the pics!

    wheels are lacking.........
    same with my chest.....but i beat the fuck outta the chest..it just refuses to grow for me...
    Wheels on the other hand...i just havent worked them like i should

    i did go tanning but i dont beleive i got burned....its just not that great of a camera...

    What do i do for traps....Hmmm.....all i do is shrugs, on the smith machine, i dont do them too heavy because i cant get the burn like i would if i dropped down the weight a bit...
    But at the top i SQUEEZ and pause....then go back down....
    And once and a while i will do like a high row....but what i do is keep my arms stiff and just use my traps and pull them back and SQUEEEEEEZ!!!!!

    Scilian, No not at 200 yet...im getting there...i should hit it at the end of this cycle.....i got about 5 weeks left....
    My diet...im just eating whatever when ever...with a gallon of friendlys forbidden choclate, 2 or 3 milk shakes a day..MmmMmmm there good!!!

    Front and back shots look good, keep doing whatever you're doing. You have a good base from which to build. Maybe post a side chest pic and a leg shot for more feedback. Oh yeah, from now on the only shrugs you need to do go like this: grab on to belt, shrug shoulders, tighten belt at topmost position.

    Hey Adaptations good work bro! shoulders and traps are improved. They give you a nice v taper thing!!! Work on these wheels. . . wheels are pain but they separate the lion from sheep.

    You look like a fat weekling. (JK hey you wanted some critisism) You look like you have a good base to start putting on some serious muscle. Obviously you need some more muscle on your frame, but I doubt that you will find too many people that I would not say that too. You have a good looking BF% so I would start upping the calories and see what happens. What is your height and weight? O ya what is wrong with the belt that is where I keep my pants.

    Hey one more thing Adapt what about the wheels bro?
    As far as the shrugs, I do the same on a smith, but I go heavy as hell, using wrist straps to help, and my traps don't look that good. Hit that chest alittle harder to bring out those lats as well. I think chest and lats go hand in hand. IMO a big chest makes those lats stick out.. Keep up the good work bro..
