Strut00GT....thanks brah... after the ronnie cole classic in dallas (not competing) I'll start back on the road to 230 6% stable...I'll put my diet up soon, cause it might help some of the guys see how I go from 10%-6% to 4 and under and stay stayble with out T3 or clen ...just diet, herbal diuretics and thermognics...very little cardio

I really have to work on my arms though I need to bring them up, I have such long arms... an ex. 5'-11 but my arms span out 6'-5"
and I want my quads at be closer to my waist measurement I wont be happy until they are @ least 32"
