Looks like you are making progress. Different lighting but nonetheless it looks like you are filling in without extra fat. Keep going... and don't forget the legs.

For those who have problems with dates the first pic was a week ago the other is now ! It would have to be one very big chicken to do that !
Personally I think date format is one of the things we just do to be different - Americans that is. Europe has it right... it makes sense to go from smallest to largest... DD/MM/YR - 02 JAN 03... I feel the same way about the Metric system.

My diet has been very strict ! as little fat content as posible but I think I need a few more cals in my diet ? training very hard on the weights and tread mill and also some swimming !

This is me at week 3 I am qiute pleased so far but I wish I could get rid of my side bellys ! (love handles) I am working my ass off and eating A very strict diet but am not sure if I am eating enough cals ? I have not worked out how many I am eating but I am scared that if I up my cals I will increase my side bellys ! catch 22 ? any ideas ?

man i think you are not eating enough fat, you need more fat in your diet. It helps the body in increasing Testosterone, but try to take it on the second half of the day( after noon to night) this way your body wont store no fat and dont worry about your love handles, cutting is the last thing you wanna worry about, keep bulking up. good luck.

The lovehandles take away from all the hard work.
They suck, they are unattractive and embarassing.
You want to show off your hard work and you get teased by the love on the sides.
Your fear is real, lovehandles are the first place the weight will go.
In your first picture you look a LOT like Ben Affleck. Sorry I know that doesn't help, but I just had to say it.
Your body is looking good so far. Keep training naturally as long as you can bro. So far your doing a great job.
