    OK NO MAKING FUN OF THE PHYSIQUE SUCKAS!!!!i've decided the make some changes in the physique and wanted to see what my main peeps think. mostly looking to hear from my old school crew.sorry i haven't been on much lately.lotta shit going on, but i'm gonna try to get back to my partyboy self and spend more time w/ my extended family.

    thank you guys.i appreciate the kind words.looking to put on 10 more lbs and that's it and just get a little more cut up.then i'll be happy, well probably not, but we'll see when i get up another 10.
    oh my height is 6', 175, bf% is 3% on skinfolds so it's probably like 5-6 really.that's all i know right now.i'll have ot take measurements.thanks again guys.you're the best!!!!!!!

You shoulders and arms have made the most improvements with others not to far behind. Great overall definition, and separation in muscle groups.
