I'm not 225 with out at least 2-3 lbs of liquid, I’m really an endomorph I hold all my fat in mid section... I'm always vascular in my extremities @ 12% bf and under... I wont have a 6 pack until I'm at 6% and under.
I'm no longer cutting down to 220 for June...Instead I'm trying to get to 225 @ 6%bf by or before June.
My girl has been talking to a photographer that might want us both and I would like to be at 225 6-4% BF if that happens...Instead of cutting down to 220.
My girl has been working hard for the past 6 weeks now that her class schedule is better.
She’s looking to get better definition on her arms and shoulders, an lean her legs down on her quads.... she’s 5'-3" 120-125lbs haven’t checked her BF maybe 18-20% or lower…that’s my visual estimate...

Yeah, my 1st priority is legs… I'm really hitting my legs I want to post a pick next to that one you cleaned up and blow it out of the water... I know I was pumped but I must have been smoking crack… I wrote down 27” that day…I’m at rest and their 25-1/4. My second priority is chest and bis, The 225 well I'm going to get there through my legs for sure... to get to 230 I need add to the back and hams/glute as well as the mighty quad.
My true discomfort will be needing to stay lean for a possible photo Op. before June….
