Pretty flat, pop in some concentration curls and build a peak.
zanedom, how long have you been traing for, because i see an excellent base their. But from what i can tell , you have so much more potential to gain naturaly, before considering juice.
its your choice but really think about it hard and long,}
ask yourself these questions?
Have i had a great diet consitantly since i have been training.
Do i push my self to the limites
Do i eat 6 small meals a day, consuming 3,500 calories A day
etc.....
well u get my drift!!!!!!!! all of these should be considered first before doing juice
try serious diet and training before doing a cycle, you do not need aas for awhile.
off the topic... what do you guys mean when you say "excellent base"?
base - a foundation to build your body... to add more muscle and get huge.
yeah i know that... but what the hell do you mean by it? =)

IMO it is the polite way of saying "your not quite there yet but keep training hard and keep up the good work."that way a person doesn't feel detered to keep trying...or else it could just mean you have a good base to build muscle..more muscle means better base...at least thats what i gather from people saying it...Madmax...
yeah, basically you're still kinda small but you got a good start and if you keep going you'll get there.

here is another pic that i had posted before. i think that my arms look more developed when seen from the side. i agree that i have to consentrate on the peak a bit more. as far as the rest of my torso goes it is in even worse condition as i need more thickness in my lower back and especially in my chest. those are what i am prioritizing now in my training along with my deltoids. ill keep you guys posted on their development. i think a small cycle in the near future will help alot to add some mass. i eat frequent meals with lots of red meat Peanut butter and protien drinks but i gain weight very slowly. --ZANEDOM
