ahhh, my eyes hurt...please resize. Furthermore, do you workout at home...I don't really imagine too many gyms let "regular" people work out shirtless (but, hey, i'm in stuck-up new england where maybe we do things differently), but then I don't imagine too many home gyms have "rules" posted.
EEK, sorry about the size guys....i didnt notice how large they were. And as for the shirtless workout, i work at the gym, so i had some photo's taken by another staff member. :)

Looking real thick there bro!
heres a question for you all, on the one shot of me doing lat pulldowns, is that a "hint" of a christmas tree there? or is that just me trying to see what i WANT to see? :D

Look lean!
You can see a christmas tree in ya back, your not dreaming...now get the veins up in ya traps :)

Its some kind of tree alright...
I see it. You're lean with a good base. Keep packin it on!
behind the neck? thats like 60% bicept's doing the work and 40% back let alone rotator cuff problem's in the future. Your not going to get any "christmas tree" with that.
DEADLIFTS!!!!!!!!!
BENT OVER ROWS

Another reason why you don't want to go behind your head is, Think about this... what direction are all the muscle fiber's in your lat's leading towards, They don't go straight up and down, so why put the bar behind your head going up and down? Those fibers rap around your back from your spine to your rib cage, on an angle, so having the bar infront of you, leaning back about 2 inch's from a sitting straight postion pulling the bar down to your chest, will cause the greatest muscle contraction.

You look great and your base is very good to build on. But you should definitely stop with the behind the neck pulldowns. Those can cause a lot of damage to your rotator cuff as well as to the should joints and tendons.
Keep up the good work!

Thanks for the advice guys, but really, i dont do much of the behind the neck pulldowns, these shots were only done for the "photo shoot." He said the best shot came when i pulled behind the neck, and i do agree that it hurts the biceps and rotator cuff way more than the lat muscles themsevles. But thanks for looking out for me guys! Keep pumping!
