tatty's pics
Here's my story. I started a little over a year ago as a real ectomorph (120lbs) at 5'7. Decided to change my life for the better and lo and behold I came upon AR around the same time .
Got myself up to 160 or so in July '02, but was hit by the sick bug in September, lost 20 lbs and couldn't really train or eat properly until October. Anyways here are before/after pictures from May02 and Dec02 both around 150lbs.
I'm currently 22, 156 @ 5'7.

I actually have 3, hardly inked all over the place, but I used this name somewhere else so I figured I would keep the same one.
I'll try and post a picture of the largest one(which you only see a part of on the forearm...)

Looking good Tatty. If I can give you any advice it would be to train abs like any other bodypart, once or twice a week is sufficient. Do not overtrain them.

just took protein powder.

pumped: No, I never fancied the taste of alot of those whey powders...I'm just eating whole foods with some flax oil. As soon as I start to feel the gains aren't coming too much, I'll source a decent tasting protein shake.

Looking solid Tatty...Very nice improvements from 120 lbs! You're like me, your right bicep overpowers your left one. Prioritize the left one for a while and you'll be straight. And I agree on the abs...you can bring them out pretty quickly though when you need to so don't sweat em while you're bulking. I only hit mine once a week, 6-9 sets, during a bulking phase...that's it. Twice a week when cutting. And definitely prioritize your legs. Heavy and hard bro! You know what you're doing, keep it up...I'm looking forward to seeing updated pics in a few months.
Oh, and try some Prolab Isolate whey. This is the only whey I've used for the last 5 years. I found it for $24 on the web for a 2 lb. container. Vanilla tastes and mixes very good.

thanks pump. I thought perhaps they would even themselves out or maybe I could wait until later, but instead took your advice and started to work the left bicep once inbetween bi sessions. Also, I'm trying to go as heavy as possible on my legs without collapsing, but's it's a little more difficult without a spot. However, I've noticed improvements from my once stick thin legs so at least I know something's working!
