    Flame on Please!

    Hey whats up, i just started the keto diet, and a routine two weeks ago. on monday i do my chest, tuesday-arms, wed off, thursday-back and shoulders and friday legs. I don't have any leg pics up cuz they are really shitty, and this week was the first time ive ever done anything with them. The only thing im scared of is losing size in my arms, they started at 15 3/4, now they are down to 15 1/2. They are getting pretty small, is there anything i can do? Also should i bulk up more before i cut?

    and last, this is me 2 weeks ago, i know thats a lil early to post new pics, but i wanted to make sure im doing stuff right, to get the best results. can anyone estimate what my current body fat would be from the first 3 pics? My goal is go get cut and have a nice 6 pack, but i also what my arms to get bigger...posible??

    No lats.
    From the back, you have no traps.
    No abs.
    Right arm bigger then left.
    No lower back.
    Not much in the middle back either.
    If you didn't post your legs, i'll assume you don't have any.
    Kinda hard to tell if you got triceps or not, but if its that close, then i'll assume you don't have any.

    thanx sab, i been lifting for 2 fukin weeks, u expect me to look like arnold? lol anyone have any suggestions that could help me lose that body fat would help...what do u think my bf% is? im 5'9 175 btw

    why do people ask for criticism and then always have a convenient "back up" when the criticism starts coming. When I post my before cylce pics, i'll make it clear from the onset how long i've been training, how old I am, etc, etc...that way I can't come back and say I just found out what weights and protein were on thursday, so at 255 and 6'2" i have a good base....fuck no, i'm gonna come right out and say i busted my ass to get over 250, and yeah it took some fat to do it and yeah it took four years, but here's where i want to go....

    it sounds like you're expecting quick results. You just can't. Realize that this will take a long time to do, be it cutting or gaining. You will also lose some size during keto diets from all the water loss, if nothing else. Water takes up room too! Don't worry about day to day measurements, it's the final goal that's the focus.

    5'9 175lbs
    15 1/2 " Arms
    chest 37 1/2
    waste 33 1/2

    Thanx for ur post, do u think it would be better to cut first, bulk, than cut agian? or stop cutting now, and just bulk up, than cut?

    My guess would be 12%

    When you bulk and cut all depends on your individual goals; that is, if your ultimate goal is to be 190-200 lbs and shredded then I'd say bulk bulk bulk... then cut. But you have to give it a couple years.

    However, you say you've only been training for two weeks? If that's the case you have an incredible base to start on and lots of potential for further growth... so, my advice for you would be to bulk. Cut the keto diet for now. Eat very clean, train hard, and bulk for another year or so. Your personal goals will change with further growth, and you will know when the time comes to cut up.

    Well in that case, go out and buy a couple cases of beer, don't take in any protein, stop workin out, just run alot, definitley avoid glutamine. I'm sure everyone here will be glad to offer some more suggestions.

    I really do not think you will have a problem loosing weight and getting your body fat down, as long as you run a strict diet. Your already skinny as it is. I think if you widened up and bulk up some you would look bigger and your body fat what your talking wont look so bad, to me I dont think it is a problem with fat, I think you need to train hard eat right and time you eating habits, count your meals right and get your micro and macro nutrients every day so you will grow--also get plenty of rest, no more staying up late wacking off to the spice channel

    Abstrack (for once ) gave great advice. I'd say continue bulking but try and bulk with clean foods and train hard. I think you have a good base for only 2 weeks training. Once you build up more your midsection will look smaller. Make sure you hit your legs and back hard!

    I find it funny when someone does that. The guy comes on and posts pics, and stats, and says he's 175, and you say he can't be, and that he's "more like 155".

    First of all, if he really wants out help (which it seems he does), then why would he lie? Secondly, he probably knows his weight a little better then you And last, even IF HE IS lying, there is NO way you can prove it, unless suddenly he decides to confess his crimes to us all and reveal his true weight.

    So basically, why even bother?!?
