click Post Reply button, can't type in the Quick Reply box.

below the text box there's a button labeled Browse, click it (it also tells of valid file extensions).

if the image is already online (on another web page), then click the IMG button above the text box and type in the address of the image.

THe first picture is of me at 142lbs. The next two are 6 months later with me at 145lbs. Im pretty frustrated. I ate completely clean as the picture shows but did not gain the size i was looking for and now i'm on a plateau i believe. Help!

Photo shop or some other picture software ....save the pic at a smaller size, then post.
