New member. what you think bf%?

whats up. im pretty new to the boards and posting pics for the first time. i lifted for a few months pretty hard a year ago, then i got a girlfriend and lost all my gains , but i am back into it for the past month. I'm about 5'11 and 155 in these pics. what do you think my bf% is. I took it with one of those electonic testers and it told my it was like 3% but thats kinda low, so tell me what you think. Thanks

6-9% depending on when you take the test...

3 percent consitant is very unhealthy ,ur like 6 -8%.um your pants are falling down u might wanna invest in a belt!
