    hard to tell but maybe your traps, and dunno about your legs and then once u drop BF you'll look real good and lean and you can start bulking some more

    i think because of your body type..

    you will find that you will become more defined as you add some more mass.you are lean and more inches will bring a tighter and more seperated look to what you have now.ex.) 10-12 lbs on you would prob look more like 15-20 or give that illusion.

    i am only geussing, cuase its just one pic, but your "beach muscles" look good. but, focus on your lats and legs. that will make you look more complete, therefore bigger in appearance.

    You look good brother But I would for sure go with upper chest I think if you would focus on your upper chest it would fill you out better.Keep up the ggod work

    whats up.
    im also a young lifter, 19 as of right now. i dont like too guess bf, but ile give you htis advice-keep eating, and dont worry about having a 6 pack all the time, bulk then cut if you must, but as of right now bring up your calorie intake.
