STS Training Log Pics
This is the end of week one. Not very good pics, my workout partner was not able to be in the gym last Friday. Will get better quality pics this week, but this should give you guys an idea of what I am working with. I will be posting here at the end of the week for the next 20 weeks to document progress made from STS training.

Glad you caught this thread G, need to send you some diet questions!
Shirt off is coming this week, I have a "slightly" hairy chest that my wife refuses to let me shave. Pretty decent though. The wheels are where I need my work. Went forever pulling the typical skip leg day crap, but over the last few months have been taking them much more seriously. I have big calves which has made it easy to cover up the fact that my quads/hams are pathetic. Squats have gotten up to 365, and that is putting my a$$ in the weeds on every rep!
Will get better quality pics tom after workout and get them posted!

245-250lbs
bf- not sure but I would guess in the 15-17%range (need to get down)
will post my diet later tonight, wifey is ready for me to get off computer for a while..

I'd put extra work on your lats if I were you. Stick to basics, barbell rows, deadlifts and wide pull ups.

Thank you, will post some new pics monday. Had a tough week eating, was working alot and eating on the fly. Should be getting ready to put a few lbs on.

I am currently on a test/deca cycle. Using test e and test cyp at 800mg/wk and 600mg of deca. I am starting to run hcg this week and next week and then come off for two weeks and go back with "slightly higher" doses and replace the deca with equipose. I may run a very little deca with it, like 100mg/wk just to keep the joints feeling fresh.
My current diet looks like this, but I have to admit I have been slacking on it the last couple of weeks. I have stated in a couple of other threads that once bowseason started around here I started spending too much time on that and not enough on my diet.
meal 1: Pro/carb
8 egg whites, 2 scoop of whey protein, 1 cup oatmeal, 1/2 cup blueberries
75g protein / 64g carbs / 5g fat
meal 2: Pro/fat
12 oz beef tenderloin, ¼ cup swiss cheese, green veggies
76g protein / 2g carbs / 24g fat
meal 3: Pro/carb
2 chicken breast, 1 and a half cup brown rice (will sub with sweet potatoes)
60g protein / 64g carbs / 3g fat
meal 4: Pro/fat
12 oz beef tenderloin, 1/4cup swiss cheese, green veggies
76g protein / 2g carbs / 24g fat
workout
meal 5: Pwo nutrition
2 scoops Dark Matter / 30 min later 2 scoops whey
50g protein / 80g carbs / 0g fat
meal 6: Ppwo
2 boneless skinless chicken breast, ½ cup brown rice (will sub sweet potatoes)
60g protein / 70g carbs / 3g fat

Thanks Haz, that mean alot coming from your big a$$! My arms are usually 19", when I walk out of the gym from doing arms they get up to 20". A long time ago in a galaxy far far away (2004/2005) I had pushed them almost to 22. I was reading a thread yesterday that was asking if someone with 14" arms could get big, well back in 1992 when I graduated from H.S. I was a whopping 14". My only saving grace back then were my forearms, they were huge from weighted bat drills.

Thanks, replacing deca at the end of week 8. Take 2 weeks off for light pct and blast again with equipose instead of deca. I have been told running deca two blast in a row is not the best idea.

ok that makes more sense to me now.What kind of AI you run for a cycle of this length?You are not trippin about shut down with only light 2wk PCT? Obviously you got your program down just want to hear thoughts experience from someone who has gone thru or is going thru long cycle with this kind of "slingshot" approach.

I am running HCG right now to keep the boys from having too much time off. I keep aromasin handy in case I need to run an AI while running the hcg, but normally I try to use just nolva. I also keep some adex around, planning on running it at .50 eod during the next blast because the test levels will go over a gram. I will stop the nolva at the end of the two weeks and go to adex. At week six of the second eight week blast, I was planning on going to the aromasin/hcg combo for two weeks and then back to a full pct after that blast is over. I will decide what doses and for how long, probably at least a four week pct after the two blast. I go ahead and get whatever I think I may decide to use and just keep it on hand. With the sponsor on this board, there is absolutely no excuse for not having your pct/ai gear.

Just got back from a week of bowhunting in MO. Unbelievable how nice it is up there. People were great and the hunting was incredible. Did not bring home anything, but on the last afternoon I let a real nice 10 point go. He was just not quite big enough. Would have scored high 120s or low 130s, and I think he was only 2.5 years old.
Lost a few pounds with all the climbing and packing stands, but have not lost any strength. Abs are cutting up. Will get some pics up this week and get this thing going again.
