    Exclamation First time pics

So just like most, I've been reading and posting msgs here and there on AS. Great board btw!! These pics are from last Nov when I was bulking (about 230). I'm all natural and on a cutting cycle now. My goal is to get down to 8% bf while keeping as much muscle as possible by spring. I'm not training for anything, just seeing if I can accomplish my goal (for myself).

I've thought about using gear but haven't decided yet. You call this my research period, I guess.

    All comments welcome.

So here are my current stats:
    26 y/o
    6'4", 220 lbs
    Chest: 47"
    Waist: 34"
    Arms: 17"
    Legs: 26"
    Calves: ?

Yeah, the height can be an advantage or disadvantage. Takes me a lot more to pack on the pounds to look thicker.

you look very similar to me. I'm also 6'5 and about 223. It's like looking in a mirror! I have hard time getting my arms past about 17 1/4". Have you found anything that works well for bi's tri's? Anyone?

You look pretty lean already. I'd say bulk up and add more mass instead of cutting.

Yeah I know. I started bulking in September and my goal was to get to 235. I reached it by December. So maintained thru Jan and then set a new goal for myself --cutting. Just testing myself, I guess you can say.

Besides skull crushers, I started doing close grip bench press and I've definitely noticed a difference in the way I'm working my tris.

As far as bis - try dumb curls facing the incline bench (can't think of the name for it) - it totally concentrates on the bicep

usually do 3 sets pyramiding the weight up.

I'm with gettinthere. I'm 6'6" and 250lbs. I don't know about you tall guys, but I never could do pull-ups. Please tell me it's the long arms. Ha! I need to get a digital camera. Our bodies are similar, except mine is a little pudgy. I'll post some pics later.

    Hey titans,

Sorry bro, can't say it's the arms. I can max out 20 pullups on a good day, but then again, I've been doing them for a long while now.

I could do a couple sets of 8-10, but never 20. I should start doing pull-ups instead of pulldowns.
