Then and Now
Here are shots from pre-gear mid 1998 until mid 2002 after 2nd cycle. I am just starting my 3rd REAL cycle. This will be my most aggressive yet. Goal is 185 and -8%BF. I will add the AFTER pics in June. Any suggestions are appreciated.

I do see a difference between the pics. well in my opinion you look like you did gain lb. You look more filled in in your 2002 pic. But, in 4 Years to only gain 15lb is a bit low. Are you going heavy enough on your workouts? How many days a week do you work out. Are you eating enough and keeping the protien high? Also you might want to see if the gear you are getting is real. Good luck keep pushing yourself harder and come back with more pics. Good LUck

I've only done two SMALL cycles of Cyp, Enanthate with Deca or Eq. I have been as high as 175 but lost it when off the cycle. I am happy with the results for what little AS I have done and being a VERY skinny 140 in 1996. The last picture is after two months off the stuff and I kept what I gained. As I've gone along, I have tried to educate myself on what would be my best approach. I work for a company that has specific strict policy against the use of steroids so I have to be careful about looking obvious. I have gotten LOTS of opinions and most seem to contridict the others. The next cycle listed above is what I have learned from different advice. My diet is 3000 - 3200 per day 40% <a href="http://www.allsportsnutrition.com/listproducts.php?style=category&value=PROTEIN" target="_blank">protein</a>, 40% carbs & 40% fat. I am doing an "anabolic workout" that I read about on another board. I am told it is the right approach for my cycle, 2 on 1 off. NO cardio. At 8 weeks I will change. I dont want to be HUGE. 185 and lean what I would like to see this year. Next year, who knows...
As far as the pictures go - my appologies for offending. Most posing suits show more than what is visible in my pics although the guys wearing them have shaved. Personally I think you are taking too much. I know people have all bunch of different opinions and all. But you are taking 4 different things, the Sustanon , Enanthate , EQ and Deca ? Why take BOTH of each? Those are all kinda like the same thing there. Wouldn't it be better to do just one ore two tests but at a higher dose? Do sus or enanthate and bump it up to 750mg+ or so. And stick with EQ at about 600mg for about 14 weeks.
That's just my opinion bro, u are obviously gonna do what ever you want. Best of luck to ya.

your profile says you are about 170lb. and you said you do'nt want to get huge. you want to be about 185lb and lean. Ok here's what i recomend.
1-eat 7 times a day high protien medium carbs
2-INtake protien shakes
3-if you want you can take Creatine ED
4-Train hard, and sleep well
Do all this and in about 5 months you should be able to gain about 5-10 lb of muslces. which would bring you up to 180lb. or maybe even 185lb. that's just my opinion. Or did you want to cycle again? I would say the reason why you lost your gains from the cycle is maybe because, now i'm not 100% on this but this is my opinion, maybe your depending on juice to make your gains. I could be wrong. And also don't forget the clomid. good luck with your results and keep us posted how you make out
