    First pics, 19

Here's some pics for criticism. If you can guess a bodyfat%, throw that in there as well. I'm 5'9", 205lbs. I was 165lbs last February and I decided to bulk. Put on a little too much fat with it though, so I'm now keeping a log of what I eat (and that strayed greatly from what I intended on eating).

    Bench - 260lbs
    Squat-385lbs
    Deadlift - 405lbs

40lbs in less than a year, was it all natural? How have your lifts increased?

Well before that I was 180, but after a long/frustrating sports season I dropped to 165. The weight I put on was all natural. Even though I put on some bodyfat, I still must have made good gains as I wasn't much more "ripped" at 165. Upper body exercises went up about 25% (used to bench 200). Lower body it's tough to tell as I never went heavier than 200lbs in squats or dl's back then. Definitely a lot stronger though.

Pec seems to be a weak point comparing to the rest of your body... But it's probably because you have love handles and a bit of fat on your arms... I think you should go on a cutting diet to bring the proportions back to normal. You would look WAYYYY bigger with a lower body fat percentage.

    Peace bro, don't stop!

Thanks. I'm going to try to cut down to 12%. I don't think it will be that hard since I started keeping a log of what I eat and I was at like 5000cals. I'm following the "gain lean muscle mass" sticky now, and I'm sure the weight will come off with the 1500 decrease in calories. I slacked on cardio too, and will correct that as well.

    P.S. Is 12ish a good bf% to maintain?

It's an individual preference as far as what is a good BF %age to maintain.

Yeah my rule of thumb is once I hit 16% it's time to start shedding off some bf.

You said you never went over 200 pounds..squat or deadlift.. at your previous (albeit lighter bodyweight)

    What are your current poundages?
