here is me before my next cycle..please no flames...i know i have a long way to go..Stats---5'10", 206lbs, about 14% bf....i have done one cycle so far.. my next planned cycle is going to include test prop, winny, and hcg..with all the other good stuff on hand....please tell me what cha think

u have a good base to build on and good size to work with!
still i must say this but: u could have reached that form also naturally and i believe u can even a lot more "in short time" naturally. i myself as a natural believe that u should try to reach ur genetical limit or to come close to it and then perhaps cycle if u want to. we should never forget that roids do have their risks and their influences on your health.
as i said u look good! but u are not even on the halfway of ur "natural path" maybe train another year hard and keep ur diet plan right and u could look amazing naturally and then cycle to boost it

i agree, get the diet and training perfected before the cycle. you have not reached your potential yet.
