    progress pics

    it has been about 8 weeks and trying to loose the last bit of fat, looking to get into single digits bf%--just working on it.

    right now my main focus is to get the abs out and my bf% in check-so i can go into a bulking program. So far things have gone well but loosing the bf has come to a hault and the last bit around my lower waist line and lower back is holding on for dear life. going to change some things here in the next week and see if cutting my carbs some more will help?

    Damn Astrack, that X-frame is a work in progress. 30 inch waist and your complaining...Am I missing something? J/k man, ur looking solid bro.
    One thing though, whats the concern with bringing out the abs and getting the bf% in check if your headed into a bulking program

    usualsuspect--I figure if I can get my bodyfat low enough so when I do go into a bulking program, I figured I could keep everything more intact. I know I will gain some weight and loos some definition but if I can keep it down to a bare minimum and not go ape shit then getting back the abs will not be a problem once i am ready again. When I bulk I do not want to be a big shit ballon but just pack on decent size.

    Wow thanks smudge!! I always thought my calves were lacking, they actully need to be brought up some same with the quads but thanks. I actually like my shoulders and back but need to get some more thickness in the lower back-- we'll see how things fare in a year from now

    great from ribs up. I think overall you have made a great change from the october pics. wheels are real good too - espically calves. Just that midsection - and that isn't a flame at all - it is you that wants to change that. I think you are real close to your goal of being cut to a point where bulking won't leave you watery/full/fat looking. What is your next cycle for mass - are you doing like me the eq/test of some sort winny/tren /prop? just curious. But bro you are doing great - keep it up. when you plan the bulk - cuz summer is here - i personally would get some sun and enjoy the cut - bulk come fall. <--- JMO.

    yeah since then I have dropped that 5 lbs in fat, have not lost any size in muscle but just loose fat. Still going for more fat loss until I am satisfied. My next bulking cycle will be( if I ever plan to do a cycle or choose to do a cycle)
    deca 800mg week 1
    deca 2-14 400mg
    sus 250mg eod
    d-bol 40mg 1-4
    winny 50mg ed 14-17
    post cycle as usual
    l-dex throughout

    I really do not care about summer impressions. I am looking at the bigger picture down the road. I just dont really care about impressing people during the summer or whate ever season it may be. I have bigger goals and fish to fry. when I hit those goals then it will be time to unleash the beast but for now it is one step at a time to get to my promise land

    I would like to add that with the help of swole cat laying down the bricks(swole genix). All of this would have not occured ;of course I have been bustin my azz and following the brick road. So in these next few weeks there should be some more tweaking to my diet to get me where I need to be! then it is swoled up!!!

    Regarding chest; I've found what helped my chest come out more was to do really STEEP incline dumbbell press. It's a lot harder than the regular 45 degree incline, but your chest really shows the difference after a couple months. Just my tip, take it or leave it.

    Dude, hellofa change, bro. Definition is killer, especially the back and calves.
    Don't know if you've tried cardio - HIT yet but it helps in getting the last few pounds off that your looking for. You can do it on a treadmill but it's a pain in the ass. I would recommend using an outdoor track or path (if you can). If done in the morning, it can really kickstart your metabolism for the day. If you want to know more, just pm me.

    Hey thanks bro, I was doing some HIT cardio during the week on the eliptical trainer but the asshole at the gym wont fix them now. One is broke the other one makes this loud azz clicking sound which is so annoying at 5am- I have tried to run but I get shin splints so bad that I can not do it. I have been drinking 1.5 gallons of water per day and taking a magnessium and potassium sups. so I have no clue?? running is just not for me i guess.
