    Yeah I am but its mostly cause I dont really hit abs so I look chunky round stomach but I culd def fix my diet .... Im 20 , Ill upload the legs in a lil

    I am gonna say it more cause of diet than not hitting abs,the abs are there they just dont happen to be visible.

    Cant really comment on your base being your back and legs arent pictured, thats 80% of your base right there.

    Back looks pretty decent, need wider lats and/or smaller waist, but you have some development there for sure. Legs look like they can use alot of work tbh. Overall, base looks decent to me - you have some size - cut the bodyfat and you'll look 10 times better IMO.

    back and legs are decent. youre only 20 though. u have plenty of time to gain solid muscle naturally.

    Thanks bro , right now im having personal problems I was at a solid 207 got sick lost a little bit and haven't been the same just gotta snap outta it....
    eat lots of meat , 2 steaks a day sometimes , then fish. chicken .egg whites , yogurt , milk , try to get 300 + g of carbs with plain pasta and baked potatoes + yogurt, and tryt to get over 200+ g of protein a day

    Thanks bro, I think its the waist to be honest any thing to get that better? and Yeah I need to get on a diet ROUTINE lol....

    its a good start. the key is CONSISTENCY, you stick with ur diet and cardio and lifting and after a year or two you will be surprised how big you are
