Looking pretty nice and cut, only thing is your chest needs a little work. Just my opinion. Still you are looking good bro, keep it up.

It's true chest is ways to catch up...that's how 10 y of clinging 16 oz gloves burn your chest...
As far as leg routine only one day every other week very heavy workout.. and all the kickboxing, jet-skiing , wake boarding and capoeira I can fit in.
Just changed my chest routine from 12-10-8-6 to arnold's 8-6-4-2...and it appeared to work....we'll see how long....
