    Updated Picts

    I'm about midway through my first cycle. I'm up 17-20 pounds and still growing. This is what I look like fat and bloated out.






    And wheels... Err... excuse the underwear.

    Me 10 months ago

    He's a pict of me from last May for reference before I started bulking. I bulked for 9 months naturally then last month started my first cycle. I'm about 145-150 here.

    Looks like you are getting huge. I agree about the genetics thing bro. You were blessed. One suggestion, try getting a wheels pic without the tootsie roll in there... I'm gonna have nightmares now

    Yeah I told him about putting the tootsie roll thing in his shorts for the cover shoot of the wheel pic, that way it looks as if a outy instead of the inny he has

    I've been busy for the past day or two just checking the thread now...

    Arms are 17"
    Waist used too be 28" now 30". When I lean out hopefully 28"-29" again.
    Quads are 26", dunno if that is good or bad.
    Calfs 16.75".

    Sorry about the tootsie roll. I took a few wheel picts and in one it was peaking out!!! Be thankful I didn't post that one!!!

    OK, enough with the jokes. How about some advice for bringing up my bis and upper center chest? Those areas I feel I need improvement.

    Yep hammer curls, and stright bar curls always pause at the top of your concentric movement and then on the ecentric movement work on your negatives with a slow release. Dont over train the bi's by doing a shit load of excercises. Also train both fast twitch and slow twitch for hypertrophy.
