All I can say is you are a lucky mofo! I remember when the misses looked like that, of course after 2 kids the body has a way of changing. Once the doctor clears her, she aint stopping until she hits 115 give or take.
That would be a very hard transformation but can be done. I wouldn't change a thing. Beautiful!!!!
I'm gonna agree with Chinups here, I don't see any need to change a thing. In fact, I'd put her on a 10 foot leash and attach her to my bed post as soon as possible! Congrats, Fkit
Anna looks great now. Depends on what she wants. I wouldn't mind seeing her add 20 lbs of muscle. The bodyfat isn't bad now though. IMO, bulking up for a while would improve her look a lot. Arms are a little thin currently but she's definitely got that model type physique.
Thank you for the compliments she'll definately appreciate them. She plans on adding this muscle and dropping the bodyfat over a long period, so no steroids will be used. I wont even let her use clen right now and she has asked. Unless she is preparing for a competition she wont be using anything except good ole' diet and maybe some thermadrene. As for the arm comment yes they are pretty thin I think the pics undermind her thickness and dont give her justice but she has changed a little since these pics hopefully in a month or so ill post some new pics....her training is not intense and her diet is not perfect but she does wake up every morning to do cardio and trains 3-4 times a week recreationally. I personally think she looks awesome right now. The goal of gaining muscle is speculated goal and may change at any time if she feels her muscles get to big.

I was thinking that myself Black...I believe she could stand to gain 7-12 lbs of lbm with an equal fat loss though...Even 5 pounds may prove to make a dramatic improvement
Unless she has decided to become a BB I wouldn't recommend her trying to lose ten lbs of fat and gaining 20lbs of muscle. That would be a huge body transformation. I think she would be better off trying to lose 5lbs of fat and replacing it with 5lbs of muscle. I think that would give her the definition she wants without changing appearance too much.

Anna, you look great. Your body fat doesn't look like too much. You have a nice small waist. Not much to say but looking good girl.....

ummm...why do I have a problem? I think she should stay exactly how she is but if her goal is to gain lbm then I fully support her decision. Let me clarify just to make it clear that I do not think that these changes are needed but I think that it will make her happy. There is nothing wrong with losing 2-3% b/f and gaining 5-10 lbs lbm
FKIT you are right support your woman and help her out. 5lbs on both ends will be enough.You can see in the 2nd pic that she has some tri's but if she adds 5lbs of muscle you will definately see them.

I think Anna is perfect the way she is, but if she's really interested in gaining some lean body mass, you can PM me and I can offer some suggestions. You said her goal was to gain about 20 pounds of muscle and being that she's only 19, she'll get there eventually especially if she starts now. I didn't start working out until I was 23, and I WISH I knew what I knew now at 19!!
Some women opt to have the lean, thin, model look and some opt to have the more athletic physique. BOTH, in my opinion are attractive! Good Luck Anna!
