Hey bros, I registered to be a member here a few months ago, I have posted one time in workout questions and other than that i thought i'd read ALL the info here. There is so many good things on this site that it would have taken years to learn on my own if it wasn't for everyone's combined knowledge... for that, thanks.

Stats:
age: 19
height: 6'1"
measurements: haven't done them yet
goals: looking to add about 25 pounds over the next two years
training: been training about 7 hardcore months, year and a half altogether

I started off at 6' 165 pounds, now I am 6'1", 210, pretty good for 1.5 years of natural training.

I'm gonna do a lot of pics because you have never seen me before
