    Lets hear it!! What next?

Hey guys these are some pics i just took. My stats are 6'1 205 and around 14% body fat. Im 4 weeks into a cutting diet which is working very well but the fat around my belly button is still there.
My back picture is a little weird becase of the way i had to hold the camera to the mirror ect so dont worry i am symetrical, im just not standing up straight.
Im not wanting to get to big, my frame is pretty large already, though its hard to get a good perspective on total size with pics like these. Some #'s.....Bi 16 1/4 inches waist above love handles 34, below (pant level) 35.
I want to know what is lacking, or out of proportion.....chest to small?
Im going for somwhere between abercrombie and men's health, not muslce media or muscular development...so all you Flex readers out there dont say "gain 60 lbs fast!"

Ok lemme know what i should focus on when i begin to bulk....

    OK smarty pants.....

    here you go

I think my calves could use work, but i think that i need to keep on cutting and alot of detail will come out in my thighs ect..
i think i have big knees and it makes my legs look to thin from the front because it minimizes the curves

Also, i shaved my arms yesterday but havnt shaved my legs so....looks a little fuzzy.....

I would say shoulders and lats would need the most work out all your parts. your back looks good and so do your legs, just that your legs aren't ripped probably cuz still too much fat.

Thanks for the feed back....I have neve done much for my lats, the lat pull down always worked my bi's too much. Now that im down 10-15 lb i might be able to do enough pull ups to get a good work out. Any ideas for good lat excersises?

IMO, you are about 2 bulk cycles and 1 cutting cycle away from meeting that goal bro. You need to add about 20 more pounds of muscle, strip the BF down to around 5-7%, and you'll be there. All that should take about a year and a half, assuming your bulking/cutting diets, lifting and cardio are all on point. Not discrediting what you've already accomplished, because you are in good shape now.

Stay consistent and you'll meet that goal!
