Ok i took some pics today. Felt like i was looking good. As soon as i put the pics on the comp i think i look like shit. Very small. I'm 5'6 183-185 and had it checked today 9.4%. What weight do i have to be to start looking thicker? Im not sure if i want to post them yet.

if your 5'6 at 185 and 9.5% you should look thick already, your probobally big you just dont think you are....but at 5'6 id say 205 would be nice...Madmax..

i agree. if you post the pics it will serve as good motivation to get bigger. but like madmax said, at 5'6 185 you are prolly pretty thick.
its up to you though

Try taking your picts in natural lighting without the flash. When I use the flash I look flat and lose all of my cuts. That could be what you're seeing. Back looks pretty thick, post the rest of your picts.

pics do really "make or break" you.......if they are shitty, you'll think you look like utter crap. However, I can tell by the pic u showed us, u don't look like crap, and you're probably just not seeing yourself as others do. Hell, I think we all have that problem at least a few times in our fitness endeavors.
Anyhow, I think you have a good foundation from what I can see. U know to add thickness (u mentioned u thought u were "thicker"), u should work the hell out of those legs HARD. So, let's see what the teacher (legs) has to teach the student (upper body). If the legs aren't up to par, I'd suggest focusing attention there, on deads, and bench press movements. Use the other shaping crap sparingly, as u want to do the compound movements to get the base solidified.
So, if u have pics of the wheels, not the DUBS on your ride, post em up!

I think this came out good

I dont know if its my posing or what but front shots suck. Any suggestions

I wouldn't say the posing sucks...as I've started to hammer out the details of what it takes to compete, a number of 'vets' in this department have pointed out that one of the things that separates the winners from the losers is learning to flare the lats in each and every pose...so with a front double bi, for example that comes with time.
Obviously, you have what it takes to get the look I think you seem to be shooting for. Relatively speaking, that looks to be a pretty narrow waist. Maybe the lats are a little high, but I agree that you're being too hard on yourself. I don't take my own advice in this department too often, but trust the measurements...if your arms are 18", they're 18"...that's not small no matter how blurred the defnition is.

Every time I take pics I feel the way you do.
