Usualsuspect: Finally Revealed!
I'm at 205 right now and trying to add another 6-8 lbs over the next two months before I start cutting up at the end of April. I was thinking about doing my first show in the middle of the summer but realize I have alot of work cut out for me. Please feel free to critique my pics and add some comments.

DUDE your a fucking monster!!! Huge traps, and amazing overall. Everything looks good and proportioned! Six pack could use some work, but obviously like you said, your gonna start cutting later on.

upper half is lookin good bro, need to catch up with those calves, wheels are not that bad but you have a very large upper frame which sets them off. over all you look great keep it up!!! How tall are you, from the looks of it you seem to be over 6ft or close to it??

Thanks everyone for the kind words...I know I have to give my leg's some extra attention. This just gives me more motivation.
I'll post pics again at the end of the contest and everyobe can judge for themselves how my cutting diet went. Wish me luck fellaz!.....Usualsuspect

for calves, try:
seated calf raises - moderate weight for sets lasting 1:30 to 2:00 minutes. start with 3 sets
standing calf raise - 12 reps, as heavy as possible, start with 8 sets
dard (for the anterior tibialis) - 5 sets, moderate weight, 15 reps per set
try this every 4 days for 6 to 8 weeks. take tape measurements before and after the last week. worked well for me.

you say you want to compete in the summer but you have a long way to go, if it is a local event you really dont have far to go but the regular weight and water loss program that come with precontest diets. just went to a show last weekend and you already look better than a few of the competitors.

Your weight is good, no reason to go higher its just more to sit on the waist.
Time to start cutting since you really don't want to lose your size just wittle down the waist.
remember the goal keep the muscle lose the fat so take it slow.

The best exercise for calves is standing barbell calf raises on a 2x4.

Look real big bro. Diet, cardio along with the cutting cycle will shred you up. Not bad for 23
