    Talking pics of me getting cut

    Here are some pics I took since Feb 8th when I started doing a sort of cutting cycle. I basically wanted to do it pretty cleanly with only an ECA stack and proper dieting. I ended up taking winstrol tabs (every day) starting the month of March and also 250mg of Test En every 4 days at the same time.

    I was afraid of holding alot of water with the Test so I started using Novaldex at the same time and have now switched to amiridex.

    I've been also doing a two week Clen and then two week ECA stack cycle with my diet and cardio in the morning before eating 4-5 times a week.

    I went down to 190lbs the month of Feb by just doing the ECA, Clen, cardio and dieting (I'm 5.6").

    What's cool is that once I started the Winstrol and Test during the month of March, I ended up staying the same weight (in March) and lost alot of fat and water (water probably due to my higher water intake and the Novaldex).

    Take a look at my last pics and let me know if you all think I'm still holding some fat or if it's water. I'm going in a show in 3 days and debating on taking a diuretic. The pics are pretty small... I'll have to upload some better ones. I wish I would have had another week or two to diet, but that's what I get for trying to cut it as close as possible.

    Any advice is greatly welcomed

    you're looking ripped now bro. I can't tell if you are holding water really because the pics are too far away but your BF level seems good. I don't see a lot of separation in your legs but that may just be the pic. Great condition though overall, and you've got good size. More pics close up with better lighting would help. back and leg shots?

    My legs aren't too bad right now. They seem to be getting better and better every day now (wish I had another week to get them ready). Hard to get any closeup pics with the low res webcam and lighting I've got going on.

    I'll put up some close-ups up tonight.

    This is basically what I did the last 2 months:

    6AM- cardio
    7AM- protein shake
    8AM- 6-9 egg whites/1cup oatmeal/banana (made into a pancake) and an orange

    11AM- chicken breast and mixed frozen veggies

    2PM- chicken breast and mixed frozen veggies +apple

    4Pm- protein shake

    6PM- after workout- protein shake with powerade

    7:30PM- 6-9 egg whites/1cup oatmeal/banana (made into a pancake)

    10:PM- couple of spoon fulls of peanut butter and a plain protein shake

    This is basically what I ate for 2 straight months. I'm not into variety and like to keep it simple. I usually made all my meals the night before and it was fairly easy to bring to work. For a little stint I tried incorporating sweet potatoes and rice into my diet, but I noticed that I was starting to put on more weight instead of loosing it.

    Every once in a while when my energy was drained, I'd pig right out on peanuts or peanut butter ( I love the stuff). I can just imagine what my calorie intake were those days

    here are some pics of my legs. I'm not sure if I still have fat on them or if they'll come out more when I drop my water. They look pretty smooth right now.

    MAN...I'm not really new to the board but decided to post more...GOOD SHIT on the CUTTING!!! How did you get such good separation in your quads so shortly?? I squat and do leg extensions but to no avail.
