    Sliced!! Possibly most Ripped on AR!

    Here you go sliced just as you wanted them. Keep up the hard work you are looking solid as always.

    Sliced is a personal friend of mine and competed for the first time last May. He took 1st place in his weight division and was 2nd overall. He is competing in the same show this May but level 2. I would say he will be about 10-15lbs heavier this year. Here are some pics from his last years show I will get some from this years show in May.

    Sorry about the quality of photos we took these a quick as possible and weren't able to take the lighting into affect.

    holy cow, that guy is ripped from hell.. What is his BF? He looks great.. IMO he should try to put on alittle more mass and he would look even better!!!!

    yeah........

    very cool!!!!!! Add about 20-30 lbs. and be that ripped, you're in a new career! (It's hard to do that at a higher weight, but I am sure you all know that) I.E., easier for a 160 lb person to be shredded to hell than it is a 240 lb. monster.....

    good job however.......it takes a great deal of dedication to get like that........

    That is contest day so I bet a week later he looked a little heavier but anyway he placed 2nd so come on. Anyhow I agree you need to bulk a bit but I think in a post earlier you said you gained 15 lbs, update your pics. Good luck

    Just to let you guys know he was around 168-170 in that those pics. He is just over 3 weeks out from a show right now and he is 190lbs. He looks bigger, fuller and just as tight. I will post pics for him as soon as we take some.

    I will let him tell you the rest. again great job sliced. You know what I think of your build, I am jealous as hell. You bastard!!

    It's all good bro, I knew what you meant, that is why I made the clarification of fat vs. buff ass bodybuilder. Yeah, there are tons of "cutoff champs"............they think they look like a champ in a shirt with the arms cutoff.........take the shirt off and it's gettin too damn jiggy wit it.

    Thanks for the compliments. I'll be the first one to admit that I over dieted and lost a lot of muscle mass, especially in the legs. I was doing a lot of walking on the treadmill (3.5 mph at incline of 15%). I'm not gonna make the same mistake twice.
