    Question Progress Pics......



    Just after my 1-AD/No2 Stack. Chose not to cycle do to change of location and less trusted sources in my area now. Figured Id give 1-AD a try and it seemed to help somewhat. Still need to bulk up a little more in my chest especially, the pics kinda make it look bigger then what i feel it is. Wouldn't mind blowing up my shoulders a little more since I have had numerous injuries from my athletics in my right shoulder. Let me know what you all think needs more work.

    Anyways, where's your wheels at? looks pretty low in BF and better upper shots too. front dbl bi, back shot? Will give a better view to the board....

    you look good man, at 6 foot 4 you have potential to be huge...you are already pretty lean and ripped up so just bulk now and youll be a monster.....how did you like the 1 ad? i am debating that and 4 ad
