    Cool Pics of me! :)

    Hi, I thought it might be a good idea for me to post some recently taken pics of me here so that hopefully, I'd get some feedback

    My bio:
    18 years old, 80kg=176lb, 1.70m=5.6ft, Never taken AAS

    I eat: Creatine, Protein, Pyrovate, Gainer (wintertime) and I'm planning on chewing some ECA-stack to cut for Beach 2003.

    Any suggestions? My main goal for summer is simply to get ripped . I'd be grateful for any kind of advice

    Dont want to flame you bro, but i would wait a few more years to look into AAS-if thats what youre curious about. Concentrate on eating-everything you can, because im sure your metabolism is through the roof. Get some more mass on you, then in a couple of years youll get to a plateau and bust through it!

    You look quite ripped right now, no need to cut down. I would say gain a few pounds instead. And a tip: squeeze your thumbs when posing your biceps. It gives a much nicer flex that way!

    I've been training for about 2 and a half years but only half that time i've been training serious enough to notice a difference...

    Yes I guess I do have some issues with my back I cant seem to concentrate on the back when doing repetitions, only my (what's the name?) lower arms gets trained, what can I do? I just started using a "wristbelt" for the times I'm training my back, seems like no difference to me.

    I'm not planning to juice, not yet anyway, I'll probably wait for a couple of years.

    Looks good bro...For back, try deadlifts, bent over rows, and weighted pull-ups...those work the best for me, I work my back out very hard. I also alternate, i never start with the same workout ED. I rotate which excercises i do first. You may even consider some sort or Pyramid training. I use RPT on my lagging parts (damn arms suck!) and I have noticed good gains from that.

    you are looking good for being natural.. something what I was like about a year ago, similar training experience (well 3 years) I was around 186, and 22 yrs..

    to get cut you need to do lots of cardio (not just treadmills), Actual running on track or a playground will help. this give you two benefits
    (i) fresh air
    (ii) no risk of injury, and more concentration on running

    and make sure you get carbs/protein (3:1 for normal, and maybe 2:1 for cardio) as you dont wanna get the calories back that you lost running

    Post workout meals are VERY important, and stop taking creatine if you want to get cut, it give you water retention

    train hard... (BALLs to the WALL training)

    and do change your workouts, if you want advanced workout, PM me and I Will send one for you, that will give you guaranteed hardness within 2 months.

    Forearms always get worked when you do back (all weight is on forearms), as every backworkout is a pull type.

    and yeah ECA stack ( 25 mg epederine, 200mg caff, 650/550mg aspirin)
    25 mg ephederine may be hard to get, but others you can get over the counter

    and for a Bodybuilder, there is no SUMMER or WINTER... there is CONTEST and offseason

    såg att du var svensk, men trög som man är...

    ser som sagt bra ut, det är väl ryggen som ligger
    värst till..!

    viktigaste regeln för ryggträning, enligt mig, är att
    klämma ihop skulderbladen vid kontraktion, men
    det visste du väl redan?
    ett tips för att få bort lite belastning från underarmarna
    vid tex latsdrag är att hålla tummarna på samma sida som
    resten av fingrarna på stången.

    PS. Är det någon av er nordbor som "juicar"?
