My Pics 8 weeks out!!!

Sure you LOOK ripped...but that's all for show...strength is where it is at! Before I get flamed by people viewing this thread, I'm just kidding...and how. This guy has helped me enormously in understanding powerlifting, and his knowledge is evident in the hamstrings...those were no doubt built by balls-to-the-wall hardcore lifts, not your standard bodybuilding leg curl. I'd be surprised if those weren't the best in show regardless of where and when you're competing. It's you guys with insane strength AND the ability to get ripped that irk me...i can't seem to keep both...one comes at the expense of the other at this stage of my training.
By the way, what weight and bodyfat % did you start at? Given your lifts and other posts, I always pictured a World's strongest man type physique...and for you to make that change (if in fact that's about where you started) I am even more impressed. Nice job!

When he did start this bodybuilding stuff, he was the typical powerlifter type, maybe leaner than most.. Its crazy seeing him at 260 and then at 215... Yea the hams, they are the large, "hams solo" ha.
Jay- without the oil and the flash in those, i think they cam out better, maybe b/c you didnt have all that tanning shit on ya..
