    Body fat estimate please!

what do you think. How low do the skin folds on the stomach have to be to have abs really show. Mine are at 8mm mid section and like 4mm at the SI.

why guess? pry open that dusty wallet and spend the $20 on some calipers.

    Knowing is better than guessing....

I do have and use my calipers, just to measure skin folds in mid section to see fat loss progress. I always get weird numbers and hard for me to be consistent with a 9 point bf check. Plus 15% on one person might look way different then another with the same amount. Just getting a feeler I guess. Which goes back to my one question, how many mm does the mid section have to be to where abs are comfortably showing?

my son and i were talking (but not thinking abouut) about Liiposuction the other day. I session with abdominal fat and pretty much problem solved. we both are genetically predisposed with a layer of BF underneath the skin there, and extremely difficult to get rid of. was wondering how many actually went ahead with the lipo to permenantly rid themselves of this problem?

I looked into this a bit, I would prefer "lipodisolve" but it still has a down time. Since it will be for such a small amount. But, I wonder how quickly will this shit try to come back? Lets say you get it done which ever way. Then a year later gain 5 Lbs. Will it just instantly go for the spot you had the work done on?

The midsection is just about everyone's problem area male or female.

actually when u get stuff like liposuction you are removing fat cells from your body completely they will never come back since u are born with a certain number of fat cells if u gained the weight back it would just look odd since your missing fat cells in that area
