    Sorry I don't have a front shot

    I am 5'8, and have cut down to 150lbs at about 10%BF

    On a personal critique, I believe my lats need the most work done, I am simply not wide enough...

    start hitting the traps harder, it makes them look even smaller because you're shoulders are your best asset
