IMO clen at 16% is a waste. Clen is for getting that last little bit of BF when you are in single digits. Never taken SARMS so I cannot comment on them.
So your 16% bf at 190lbs and will cut 20lbs before cycling? Something's wrong here you'd be 5% bf I think you may be massively under estimating your current bf.
It might be in your head man. But you can just go to a doctor and TELL them you want your bloods ran for xy and z. If they say no. Tell them yes.
