I'll join in the AR yearbook. Pretty good idea getting everyone gathered in one post. Mine are from a month ago... I am slowly trying to get down to a leaner 235... about 12 more pounds of the grissel to go.

Thanks for the posts guys. Assassin i've veiwed all your pics and i'm sorry i never responded to any, but in my head i'm like damn 17 with that build, summer abs are there bro. Major pecs nice work bad ass build love the traps. TRLS i have never had the pleasure of reading a post from you, but nice thick build. Warrior i have read many posts of yours and this is the first pic i've seen of you. You have all the muscle you need i agree with you a couple of more pounds and your set, you have way more muscle than fat.

Anyways thanks for the pics. Warrior put in to words what i wanted this thread to be a year book type thread.

Arby i am 176lbs in that pic with about 6% BF and no water, off season like right now around 215lbs will probably not compete as middle weight again, time for Light heavies...

I am about 183lbs in the offseason. I am almost 165.25lbs at competition weight. I am not a size freak at all but have a good symetrical look. I will be moving to another wt. class for this year......trainling behind XXL. I never measured my BF% it would have bother me too much to keep checking on it! All I know is that it was REAL LOW.
