    Questions and Pics

    Hello all I've finally decided to pose some pics after finishing up a deca /sust cycle at 400/500 respectively a few weeks ago. My goal was to put back on some muscle I lost cutting from 330 lbs down to 220 lbs. After this cycle I am back up to 250 lbs. and now I am looking to cut the fat and see what kind of muscle I have in store.

    My current stats
    6'1"
    250 lbs.
    Chest - 47 in.
    Arms - 18 in.
    Forearms - 14.5 in. (what should your forearm be in proportion to upper arm?)
    Quads - 27.5 in.
    Waist - 36 in. (didn't move at all during bulk, is that odd or no?)

    I want to put together the following cycle for cutting. And hopefully maintain more of my muscle and strength this time. What do you guys think? Maybe for once in my life i'll see a muscle, lol.
    1-10 test prop 100mg EOD
    1-10 EQ 400mg per week
    4-10 Winny 50mg ED

    Excellent prgress dieting down that much.

    As far the next cycle, I would change it up a bit
    If your using Prop to cut water retension on a cutting cycle, that would be fine but you need to extend it 3wks past the EQ to accomodate for the half life. If water retension is not a concern, I would switch it to Enan just so you can shoot 2x a week instead ED or EOD.

    wk1-13 75mg ED Prop
    wk1-10 400mg EQ
    wk8-13 50mg Winny ED
    Clomid starts 2 days after las winny/Prop

    As far as forearm proportion, it depends on genetics. Mine are 2inch's apart but that really doesn't say much considering that body proportions are so individualistic. Also as you lean down, you'll cut more fat off the arm, than the forearm and will become a closer differential.

    im diggin ur arms man, they look good... chest could use some work... do u do dumbells or bench?

    Thanks for the feedback guys..

    Pheedno - thank you for the tips on running past the EQ. And i am just wondering why you favor Test Enan over Prop? I am really trying to tighten up..but i doubt a little water retention would kill me..but is the only reason you prefer it is for the weekly instead of EOD shots?

    Pinch - Thanks on the arms, as far as the chest i mainly use the bench, although sometimes I do use dumbells every other week for Incline. I hardly use it for flat because my gym only goes up to 100s and those aren't hard for me...so its a rep/strength building issue as far as why i go mainly to bench..

    Any other comments?

    Yeah, it's just to reduce the inject frequency. I don't mind ED but a lot of guys are looking to reduce the injections and in that case Enan/Cyp would be the choice to make, but if your cutting and don't mind ED, then go for the Prop.

    Pheedno - Thanks again, i may do this since i'll lose any water i hold after...Since i doubt this cycle make me look like i am ready for a competition...lol...i am just trying to cut out some fat..

    Another question, i know the EQ really promotes hunger...I was just wondering if it going to be hard to cut if my hunger is going to be off the charts?

    I am also considering running clen during this cycle in the standard 2 on, 2 off fashion. Anyone have an idea what kind of fat loss is possible in this case while maintaining my muscle?

    OVG - thanks bro, i can't wait to see it either! lol..

    Anyone have an estimate on body fat? I think it must be pretty high no? i have big love handles
