    19 yr-old Canuck

    OK, a bit about me:

    Age: 19
    Height: 5'8" Weight: 175 BF: 13-14%
    -been training 'seriously' for a year and a half now
    -since January been training 'hardcore' (4-5 days/week)
    -lately (since mid-April) training down to 3 days a week because of football

    Supplements: Creatine (Cell-Tech), Methoxy (Prolab)
    Other Supplements taken lately: Tribulus (Tribex-500), Colostrum

    Diet: a lot of crap (pizza, burgers, late night Wendy's) but generally pretty good - high protein, moderate carbs, limited fat
    -eat avg. 125g protein on workout days, 90g on non
    -i tend to get smashed at least once a week, and i'd say consume 10-20 beers any given week

    Cycle History: Did Dbol only for 4 weeks at 20g/day in March
    -pissed out most of my new 'muscles' when cycle ended
    -didn't really gain anything
    -learned alot (from this board), prob never doing AS again ???

    Stats:
    -max bench: 240lbs
    -squat - i dunno - but I do work more upper body and tend to do sprint training and plyometrics for lower

    Notes:
    -I am very pale!!! My definition struggles to get through!
    -For godsake please don't flame me... I do my best from my limited knowledge and am only seeking constructive criticism/advice/compliments/etc

    Looking good man. Nice to hear you are staying off the AS for awhile. You can make great gains natural at your age. Up your protein if you can, closer to 200g or so.

    Nice base too dump some more muscles on. Padawan is right, you must try to eat another 75g of protein each day. I usually eat the same amount of protein on my off-days.

    cut down on the supps

    trash the methoxy bro, trust me ive used it in the past
    its a bunch of crap

    jack up ur protein
    give about 500-1000 more calories then ur burning (this is whats gonna make u or break you)
    do compound movements ( train heavy and low reps )
    dont even fuck with cables and machines
    and dont worry about looking ripped, that was the biggest mistake i did.
    spend a good year or so on bulking bro.
    When i c you, I remember my self 3 years ago.
    you got a great frame to put on mass.

    Late night wendy's , pizza, and the the other crap says enough. Your definition wont come out?? Humm??? I wonder why?? You tend to get smashed once a week?? LMAO!! I am not trying to flame you bro, but I think if you really took a serious step forward you might see some better results. You keep on wasting money on the added supplements and you wont even take your diet serious. Just my .02
