    zanedom before and after (BULKING)

    Whats up guy been away for a while just showing you my recent pics after bulking up to 200lbs. im going to continue to bulk for a while and see how much more muscle my body will allow me to have. but the it will be time to seriously cut the fat. anyway let me know what you guys think i have never been this fat in my life ---ZANEDOM

    Has your strength gone up significantly? Like you already know, it looks like you've added size and lost some definition, especially in the midsection. A pro BB told me that one of the biggest mistakes young BBs do is not let themselves bulk up enough before cutting. Now everyone is different, but it looks like you are on the right track to increase your size.

    Iwouldn't worry too much about what you perceive as being fat. You've added some nice size. Keep the objective in mind and remember the steps to follow.

    i am probly the weakest person you will ever see. i just do my best to get the weight up when i go to the qym and have been eating as much food as i can stand to get my weight up. i gain weight really slow and loose it quick so im going to keep bulking for now and i will keep you posted on whats happening. till then keep the comments coming . i enjoy getting advice from you guys;.;. --ZANEDOM
