You boys both look great but it's kind of hard to comment with out the stats.
Okej: Big Funk is about 189cm tall, and I'm 187cm tall.
He is about 187lbs or something and i'm about 206.
Thats the only stat i know on my brother :( But i belive that he soon give u all the info!
Ill get the stats up as soon as i figure out how to transform them to the american scale... Its hard to be erupean!

Benchpress: about 180 lbs (10 reps 3 set)
Seated row: 220 lbs (10 reps 3 set)
Bicepcurl: 95 ------ii------------
I train 4 times/ week since a year back. Tryin to keep protein at 250/day, and 3000 calories. Gonna start the creatine today, and probably try some ALA.
Ive allways had good definition, my problem is to put on MASS!! Seems like Im facing the opposite problem compared to most of you guys...
gained 20 pounds this year, thats something at last. Ill be REELY big in 2015... ; )

MikeW yeah, many people say that we loke the same, but I believe that bigfunk is more vasculinary than me, and a bit lower bf% but not the same mass.

my brother is 21 and i am 19 also...i have lifted for only about a year and a half, with only a littl protein and on jug of cell tech, and i gained 30 or 35 pounds...i am now like 195 pounds...he has been lifting for about 3 years and has taken a lot more shit than me, but he stopped for this entire year while he was away at college, and when he and i came home and i saw him i rejoiced because he was skinnier and a lot less tan than i was....it was the biggest confidence builder any little brother could ask for....although i just wish he and i had the same relationship u and your brother have....he and i really don't get along
You guys are looking good... keep up the heavy lifting and diet and you will get where you want to be.
