    I Took After Photos!

    I took some pics last night and am going to post some from last night, and then some from Last year before my two cycles of winny. My goals now is to lean out a little. I will try and post similar pics, so that you can get a good comparison. Here is one AFTER -

    I better jump on this thread before it is 12 pages long. LOL

    But is that winny injectable, and did you take it oraly?
    Jenna, its no fun haveing to by all knew cloths all the time cause of the wieght gains ha. Well its fun shopping ovcourse, but it spendy. It is amazing to me how just small doses of winny can help do so much to a female. And I have to take so much it seems any more. BB is so expensive.

    I injected the winny... half a cc every other day. Yea, my pants and shirts are bigger now and it sucks in a way because my pant legs have to be big but my waist is small...

    Wow.......great job Jenna! I am jealous of how well small dosages work for women. With the pants problem, the only solution I've found is to buy 'em big and have a taylor take in the waist. I might just have to toss in some winny in my upcoming test, eq, fina run. Again, very impressive results!

    Well, the winny had A LOT to do with it. I eat TONS, too. When I workout, I workout hard and as heavy as possible. I didn't realize the differences myself until I took those photos last night.

    I haven't posted that often in recent months because of time constraints and other things in my life, but I have to comment. I'm very impressed Jenna!! You have put a very noticable amount of muscle on and it looks great! Fantastic job!

    Your thinking of Stiff Legged Deadlifts.

    I'm talking about regular Deadlifts. Bend at the knees and pick the weight up off the floor.

    Straight Leg Deads are for hams. Regular deads hit your entire back, mainly the lower christmas tree.

    I tried something different in the gym last night and liked it. When I trained my back, I usually only do 4-5 sets on deads. However, I read in last months FLEX (i think), that many bodybuilders do deads and then do half deads. I went light and really concentrated squeezing my back on the way up on the half deads. So I did four sets each totaling at 8 sets, damn I feel it today. As for your gains Jenna, they are awesome. You look very good. I can tell that you have great genetics. Your looking thick.. I still dont think you have 17% BF.. Have you gotten it checked yet?

    I serioulsy think it is. When I was bulked up and bloated, I thought my BF was like 18.. But my brother ( a personal trainer) checked it and said it was 14.. I couldnt believe it.. Are you looking to compete? Your body is top notch and you would do well.. Also... I think Pullups will help your back out the most.. Focus on the squeezing and bringing your chest to the top... It really widened my back and developed my rear dealts.. Have a great workout tonight, let us know if you tried anything different and how it worked.. later Jenna

    LOL - girls constantly joke about how they wouldn't want to piss me off, etc....

    Assassinator - I don't max squat, and I work out with high reps. 15 reps at only 105 lbs. My legs are big enough, so I try not to go real heavy.

    Cock Diesel - I will take your back workout suggestions, but I've been told that I had a big back. I wonder if the pics don't do me justice, or if I have a weak back. I know I need to work on rear delts, for sure. The only thing I do for them are the reverse pec dec machine @ 90lbs. for 10 reps...
